SECURE EMS is a closed enterprise application. It is specifically designed for the employees of organizations that utilize the Employee Management System software maintained and developed by SECURE DATAWARE TECHNOLOGIES.
1. Information Collection and Use
To provide a functional and reliable employee management experience, the App may request access to and collect the following types of information:
A. Location Information
The App accesses and collects precise location data (GPS and network-based coordinates) specifically for marking daily attendance and validating geofenced work zones. This is used solely to verify that the employee is physically present at the authorized workplace when checking in or out.
B. Camera & Storage
The App requires camera and photo library access to allow employees to upload profile pictures, attach supporting documents for leave applications, and capture receipts or documentation for tasks assigned to them.
C. Device and Usage Information
We may collect technical logs, device identifiers, and operating system information to authenticate the device, maintain safety protocols (such as binding the account to a specific device via MPIN), and analyze performance for troubleshooting.
2. Data Security
We prioritize the security of your corporate and personal data. Access to SECURE EMS requires valid credentials and secure JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication. All communication between the App and the server is encrypted using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) protocols.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent user data to third parties. All employee records, attendance logs, leave details, and tasks remain strictly confidential and are stored within secure database environments managed by SECURE DATAWARE TECHNOLOGIES and your respective employer.
4. Permissions and User Control
Employees can grant or deny permissions for location, camera, and storage access through their device settings at any time. However, disabling these permissions may prevent critical functions of the App—such as checking in for attendance or uploading leave documents—from working correctly.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date.
