Welcome to SECURE EMS. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SECURE EMS mobile application (the "App") developed and maintained by SECURE DATAWARE TECHNOLOGIES.

1. Authorized User Access

The App is restricted to authorized employees of companies currently utilizing the Employee Management System software provided by SECURE DATAWARE TECHNOLOGIES. Access credentials (including username, password, and MPIN) are provided by your employer.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and MPIN confidential.
• You agree to use the App solely for official employee operations, such as marking attendance, applying for leave, and managing tasks.
• You agree not to bypass, disable, or tamper with any security features of the App.

3. Accuracy of Information & Location Tracking

For attendance validation, the App records geofenced location details when you check in and check out. You agree that any attempt to spoof or fake location details, mock GPS coordinates, or interfere with location tracking is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action by your employer.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, trademarks, source code, and graphics in the App are owned by or licensed to SECURE DATAWARE TECHNOLOGIES. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for its intended business functions.

5. App Termination & Deactivation

We and/or your employer reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice, particularly upon the termination of your employment or in the event of a breach of these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
